Our experience includes:

  • Developing detailed project plans that clearly define key milestones and critical project deliverables. Undertaking the data migration strategy and transferring existing legacy data into the new database solution

  • Leading on the system re-configuration and user acceptance testing programme

  • Implementing and managing processes for data cleansing, identifying data errors and fixing issues

  • Producing business process maps for sign off by all key stakeholders and developing a system cut-over and go-live strategic plan

  • Undertaking training needs analyses and designing bespoke training packages to meet the business requirements
