Sayera has extensive experience in both the private and public sectors; previously managing system implementation for companies like BT and then moving into social care implementations and system re-design programmes for a range of Local Authorities. Sayera has an in-depth knowledge of both children and adult social care processes and has managed several complex case management and finance system implementations. Sayera has a proven track record for delivering strategic support to ensure Local Authority staff are upskilled and empowered to maximise their full potential. She has also led on transformation projects to bring about efficiencies and long-term savings.
