
Process Redesign
Our recent work with Thurrock Council involved a complete redesign to make sure their social care processes were as efficient and streamlined as possible.

As we have done for a vast range of Local Authorities, we start any process redesign project with a health check of the current system which may be out-of-date and unfit for purpose. We look at what works and what doesn’t work within the business processes, who does what, and the roles and responsibilities within the service. We assess needs, capacity and potential.
From our initial assessment, we develop a full set of recommendations. This includes a proposal of implementation, time frames, milestones, planning, key go-live dates and the support we provide. We also produce all the guides and documentation required so our clients have everything they need to move from one system to another.
